Online orders: For any issues with your order or if the order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Refunds not available, exchange or online store credit only.

Proof of purchase required. Shipping label will be provided for accepted exchanges. Product must be in original packaging.

In store pickup/curbside pickup orders will be held for 14 days. If order is not picked up within 14 days, the order will be discarded and no refund, exchange or store credit will be available.

In store: Refunds not available. Exchange or store credit in the form of an online gift card for, accepted within 10 days from date of purchase.
